Meet Zoe
I’m a born and raised Tennessee girl who has been fortunate enough to live coast to coast with my sweet husband, dog, and two sons (2.5 yr old & 4 mo old).
Growing up I played soccer and competed in Olympic lifting. It wasn’t until I competed in youth nationals, ranking top 10 in the nation, that I knew I wanted to pursue a career in fitness. Later, I graduated with a BS in exercise science, and am certified with USAW-L1, and BirthFit.
I am also one of nine kids. As a child I had a front row seat watching my mom go through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Little did I know it would spark a passion for me to serve moms in these pivotal seasons.
My ultimate goal as a prenatal and postpartum coach is to empower, encourage, and equip women for all things motherhood.

I am the owner of FIERCE Training Everywhere & I knew I wanted to begin working with Zoe as soon as I got pregnant. I had seen the workouts that she was sending to our clients & I knew this was exactly what I wanted & needed throughout my pregnancy. Each workout Zoe creates for you comes with breathwork, a strength section, a conditioning piece & additional breathwork/stretches to complete at the end. She teaches you how to breath properly & how to and when to engage/relax pelvic floor, all of which are extremely important throughout pregnancy. When you work with Zoe you don't have to question whether or not your workouts are safe for you and your baby. I am looking forward to working with Zoe during my postpartum journey as well. Although I am a certified Exercise Physiologist & Personal Trainer, having Zoe's expertise in my corner throughout my prenatal/postpartum time gives me piece of mind."
