Kait Grizzard

Originally from Virginia, Kaitlyn began her yoga journey while attending James Madison University and has continued to deepen her practice ever since. She obtained her 200 hr RYT from Feel Better Yoga in Chapel Hill, NC. A former elementary school teacher, she brings a nurturing and intentional approach to each class, combining her background in education with a passion for mindful movement. She teaches power vinyasa, yin, restorative, and strength-based classes, offering sequences that meet students where they are. Her teaching places a strong emphasis on breathwork and meditation, cultivating a supportive and grounded space for students to explore, heal, and grow — both on and off the mat. Kaitlyn hopes you will find a sense of community and connection through her classes.
